Where we are

Hi Natalie. This page is our shared map: what's done, what's next, and a link to anything we've made along the way. Bookmark it; it updates as we go. The steps follow our agreement, and each card says what you get.

1 · Plan it together · week 1

  1. Start tasks Done

    • Agreement signed
    • First payment sent
    • Kickoff call booked
    Prep checklist and shared folder
  2. Page list and homepage direction Coming

After the call I send these for your OK, so we agree on what we're building before I build it.

Your part: say "looks good," or tell me what to change.

  3. Homepage in real fonts and colors Coming

Your homepage as it will really look, designed for phones first, so you can react to something concrete.

2 · Build and review · weeks 2–4

  1. Boulevard tune-up Coming

A tidier online booking menu, plus a direct Book link for each service.

    • Cleaner names and no duplicates
    • Better descriptions
    • Services in a sensible order
  2. Website design and build Coming

    About 35 pages, phones first.

    • Services, team, memberships, packages, gift cards and new-patient information
    • A simple way to edit it yourself: change services, prices, team and promotions, then hit Publish. It starts filled in from your Boulevard services and products
    • Built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with an accessibility statement and a way to report problems

Your part: photos, logo, bios and policies, as I ask for them.

  3. Your review Coming

A private link to review the full site. A couple of review rounds, with a few business days between them.

Your part: review each stage, and ask your medical director to check the treatment and weight-loss wording.

3 · Launch and settle in · weeks 4–5

  1. Domain switch and hosting in your name Coming

Your domain, website and hosting live in accounts you own. Your email keeps working when the domain switches.

Your part: second payment is due at launch.

  2. Guide and training Coming

A short handbook for making updates yourself and for working with Claude safely on the site, then a training session for you and your team.

4 · After launch

  1. 30-day check-in Coming

A check-in a month after launch to see how it's going and answer questions.
